• Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country. Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.

• If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. The United States Postal Office has internal methods of tracking your package.

• If you would like an estimation of what the EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL MAIL s&h fees may be for your particular order, please e-mail us to give us an approximate idea of what you would like to order, so that we can estimate these charges for your individual specifications, before you place an order.

• A confirmation of your order will be provided to you as well as an order number once you have provided us with all of your proper billing information. THE SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES MUST BE THE SAME. You will have the option of printing it out for your records. You can directly trace your order with this number yourself, once it is assigned to you. We will also have record of when it is that your order is received by you. (Please refer to the "Track Your Order" link on our side navigation bar of our website).

• Prepayment is required. Payment must be by credit card, US or International Money Order, or personal check drawn on a US bank. (Please refer to the payment option link on the side navigation bar). Payment by credit card MUST provide the CVV2# which are the last three digits found within the signature line on the back of your credit card. This information should be entered within the COMMENT section when placing an order. Orders not providing this information, will not be processed. Please make sure all ordering areas are filled correctly!

• You pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package and the destination. The $0.00 automatic standard shipping charge placed by the ordering program does not reflect the actual charge for international orders. This charge will be determined once order is received and assessed. The shipping and handling charge which will appear on your receipt of your computer order will electronically indicate $0.00, which does not reflect the ACTUAL s&h fees which will be incurred. Shipping EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL MAIL to most other countries can be very expensive. Shipping charges alone are frequently 50% to 100% of the total cost of the products. For example, small bottles are cheaper to ship than other heavy items such as protein bars/powders, books and exercise equipment.

•  ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS  will be sent via INTERNATIONAL MAIL (* This does not include any time that your country's Customs office may hold the package which happens very frequently). Please contact us if you have any specific requirements so that we can try our best to be accommodative for your particular needs.
  
  If you have not received your package after approximately 20 business days, check with your country's Customs office to track it down. There is nothing we can do to speed up this process!

• You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual sale amount.

• For a description of the package contents on the Customs form, we claim "Food supplements - for personal use only". Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description.

• We do not ship to Italy due to consistent rejection of packages by Italian Customs.

• We no longer offer UPS Canada Standard Ground because Canadian customers are charged large brokerage fees for Ground service. Brokerage fees are waived for Express delivery. So with the elimination of the brokerage fee and the large discount we offer off of standard rates, you will receive your package in less time for the same amount of money.

• We reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

NOTICE: There may be a problem if you send us an e-mail, and you do not hear back from us either through an automatic confirmation of placing your order, nor recieving a tracking number. If this happens, then there is a good possibility that there may be a problem with your email address. We have received many email messages that we reply to, but - for some reason, the message can not make it through. We have no other way way to contact you, nor do we know that our reply has not reached you. Therefore, please make sure your email delivery is working properly and that you have given us a correct email address before complaining that we are not replying.
