For shipments to all other countries ordering outside of the USA, the following rules and restrictions apply:
- Do not order items that are illegal to import into your country.
Laws are different in every country and we cannot keep up with them all.
It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to
see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country.

If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the
package back, we will not issue you a refund.
If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition,
we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges. The United States Postal Office has internal methods of tracking your package.
- A confirmation of your order will be provided to you as well as an order number once you have provided us with all of your proper billing information.
THE SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES MUST BE THE SAME. You will have the option of printing it out for your
records. We will also have record of when it is that your order is received by you.
- ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS will be sent via USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL
MAIL (* This does not include any time that your country's Customs office may hold the package which happens very frequently). Please contact us if you have any specific requirements so that we can try our best to be accommodative to your particular needs.
- If you have not received your package after approximately 20 business days, check with your country's Customs office to track it down. There is nothing we can do to speed up this process!
- For a description of the package contents on the Customs form,
we claim "Dietary Supplements for personal use only".
Please do not ask us to claim a "gift" or other incorrect description.
- We do not ship to Italy due to consistent rejection of packages by Italian Customs.
- We no longer offer UPS Canada Standard Ground because
Canadian customers are charged large brokerage fees for Ground service.
Brokerage fees are waived for USPS international delivery. So with the elimination
of the brokerage fee and the large discount we offer off of standard rates,
you will receive your package in less time for the same
amount of money.
- All prices are listed in US currency.
NOTICE: There may be a problem if you send us an e-mail, and you do
not hear back from us either through an automatic confirmation of placing your
order, nor recieving a tracking number. If this happens, then there is a good
possibility that there may be a problem with your email address. We have received many email messages
that we reply to, but - for some reason, the message can not make it through. We have no other way
way to contact you, nor do we know that our reply has not reached you.
Therefore, please make sure your email delivery is working
properly and that you have given us a correct email address. In any case where you do not hear back from us during regular business hours, please
