topics as preparing for sports is compromised of two distinct conditions:
training and practice. Max Condition believes too many coaches interpret training and practice
to mean the same thing, which is counterproductive for the athlete.

the athletes' physical and mental condition. Practice refers to
the process of perfecting the technical skills that are involved
with the particular sport. The sports conditioning coach should
handle the training while the skills coach handles the practice.
