Method of delivery is determined by weight/value of order. We primarily use Priority Mail (USPS) to ensure that your order reaches you within 1 - 3 days (depending on location). Therefore, please provide your correct MAILING address as accepted by the Post Office. ** Shoulder Horn Orders are ONLY shipped via UPS, and cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses.

If any discrepancies exist, please notify us within 2 days of receipt. If no claim is made within this time it is agreed that the quantities are correct and no subsequent discrepancy claim will be allowed.

Also, we reserve the right to use our discretion in whether we require your signature (due to the dollar value) to ensure that your package reaches you safely. Please supply a delivery address where you will be able to be reached. We will assume no liability if someone other than the person who places the order, signs for the package. In most cases, we do not request or require a signature for deliveries under $100.00, but we cannot force the package delivery person to leave the package if no one is home.

If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your delivery person's discretion. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label

*Please note that we cannot be held responsible if the address which you have provided us for shipping has an uncertain risk factor in guarantee of safety of delivered packages. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes so you must list a valid street address with your order.

Express Mail (over night) is also available, however, please contact us within the COMMENTS section of placing your order to specially request this service. You will have to pay the extra shipping cost which is based on the weight, destination and fee for this service. Please note that the base price is $18.00 and will increase per lb increment thereafter.

Please also note that the total s&h fees will NOT BE INDICATED WITHIN YOUR ELECTRONIC RECEIPT, but upon the actual invoice emailed once MANUALLY processed and sent to your email, and enclosed with your order. Simply enter your order online and you will be presented with all shipping options (which unless stated as requested for express, we will choose the fastest, most economical shipment upon manually processing your order).

By indicating a special delivery method, you are giving us authorization to charge you for this service. Please be aware that orders placed after 2:00 pm Central (USA) will usually go out the following business day.

UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date. USPS does deliver on Saturdays.

For destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO locations, you pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package (minimum of $8.00 which will include the fee for confirmation and/or signature). These packages to these destinations are shipped via the US Postal Service.

For military locations (APO/FPO), in addition to the delivery time that it takes us to get it to the APO or FPO (two or three days), you will have to wait on the military then delivering the package to you. This could be days or weeks. We apologize, but we cannot help speed up this process.

There will be a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.

A confirmation of your order will be provided to you as well as an order number once you have provided us with all of your proper billing information. You will have the option of printing it out for your records. Your tracking number will be sent directly from USPS usually within 24 hrs. You can directly trace your order with this number yourself, once it is assigned to you. We will also have record of when it is that your order is received by you.
