QFAC Shipping and Handling Information
Orders are shipped within 24 hrs upon receivement (Mon - Fri). Orders placed over the weekend or holiday(s), will be processed immediately the next business day.
We use Priority Mail (USPS) to ensure that your order reaches you within 1 - 3 days (depending on location). Therefore, please provide your correct MAILING address as recognized by the Post Office. ** Shoulder Horn Orders are ONLY shipped via UPS, and cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses which will not be reflected within your electronic shopping cart **
S&H is determined by the total weight and dimensions of your package to your destination by USPS Priority Mail.
If any discrepancies exist, please notify us within 2 days of receipt. If no claim is made within this time it is agreed that the quantities are correct and no subsequent discrepancy claim will be allowed.
Also, we reserve the right to use our discretion in whether we require your signature (due to the dollar value) to ensure that your package reaches you safely. Please supply a delivery address where you will be able to be reached. We will assume no liability if someone other than the person who places the order, signs for the package. In most cases, we do not request or require a signature for deliveries under $100.00, but we cannot force the package delivery person to leave the package if no one is home.
If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or other safe area, but it is solely up to your delivery person's discretion. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible if the address which you have provided us for shipping has an uncertain risk factor in guarantee of safety of delivered packages. If address upon shipping label is correct and the tracking # states that is it delivered, it is accepted as such.
UPS (is applicable for Shoulder Horn orders only) - UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimating your expected delivery date. USPS does deliver on Saturdays.
For military locations (APO/FPO), in addition to the delivery time that it takes us to get it to the APO or FPO (two or three days), you will have to wait on the military then delivering the package to you. This could be days or weeks. We apologize, but we cannot help speed up this process.
There will be a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g. incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged the $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.
A confirmation of your order will be provided to you as well as an order number once you have provided us with all of your proper billing information. You will have the option of printing it out for your records. Your tracking number will be sent directly from USPS usually within 24 hrs. You can directly trace your order with this number yourself, once it is assigned to you. We will also have record of when it is that your order is received by you.
